Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 250 g fresh mushrooms (alternatively canned)
- 200 ml cream
- 1 cup of cream cheese with herbs (e.g. Bressot)
- oil
- Salt
- pepper
- possibly garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
First, dice the onion into small cubes. It’s best to clean and slice the mushrooms right afterward. Then, add a little oil to a saucepan and sauté the diced onions until translucent. Add the mushrooms and fry. Then, deglaze with the cream and bring to a boil briefly. Reduce the heat to low and add the cream cheese. Melt it in the cream, onion, and mushroom sauce. Heat again for a short time and then serve as a sauce with any type of pasta.
