Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup crab in brine
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 250 ml dry white wine
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 bunch parsley, fresh
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese with herbs
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the onions and sauté in olive oil until translucent. Deglaze with white wine and reduce slightly (the alcohol needs to evaporate). Add the drained shrimp and diced tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and a little sugar. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. When the sauce has slowed to a boil, thicken with cream cheese and butter. Do not let it boil any further, or the cheese will curdle. Finally, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Serve with the wine, which is also in the sauce.
