Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 egg whites
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ tsp, heaped clove powder
- ½ bottle of rum flavoring
- ½ tsp, smothered cinnamon
- 50 g cocoa
- 15 g margarine, melted
- 250 g almonds, ground
- ½ tsp, leveled baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Set aside a small amount of almonds. Beat the egg whites until frothy. Gradually stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar, and spices. Add the melted butter. Carefully fold in the cocoa powder and almonds. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour. Spread the remaining almonds on the countertop. Roll out small balls of dough onto the almonds and cut out with a cookie cutter. If desired, brush the cookies with lemon glaze and bake at 175°C for at least 15 minutes.
