Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 80 g almonds, chopped
  • 90 g oat flakes, fine
  • 80 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • possibly grease for the tray

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Preheat the oven to 190°C (fan/convection oven) and grease a baking tray or line it with baking paper. Cream the butter, sugar, and egg in a bowl until light and fluffy. Then add the almonds, oats, flour, and baking powder and mix the batter thoroughly. Use two teaspoons to drop small mounds of dough onto the baking tray. Bake in the hot oven for about 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes after baking. This amount of batter makes about 25 cookies. Tips: Don’t place the mounds too close together so the cookies don’t stick together. Only put one tray in the oven at a time to ensure the cookies bake evenly. If you’re in a hurry, you can put several in at once.
