Gorgonzola Mascarpone Sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g Gorgonzola, finely chopped
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 2 onions
  • 150 ml milk or cream

Instructions

really tasty with pasta

Peel the onions and finely chop them. Brown them in a nonstick pan, then add the finely chopped Gorgonzola, mascarpone, and milk. Stir everything together until smooth. Serve this sauce with cooked pasta. Note: Seasoning with salt and pepper—or similar—is not necessary. The onions and Gorgonzola give the sauce a very strong flavor.
