Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 125 g margarine, soft
- 80 g brown sugar
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 3 drops of vanilla flavor
- 1 egg(s)
- 125 g dark chocolate chips

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes
makes about 30 cookies
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and knead until smooth. Place tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spaced well apart. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven, transfer to a wire rack using a palette knife, and let cool.
