Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • 8 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g quark
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg yolks for brushing
  • e.g. raisins for the eyes
  • Flour for the work surface

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

as a variation of the classic yeast Easter bunny

Knead all the ingredients for the dough and roll out on a floured surface. Cut out geese using a cookie cutter and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the geese with egg yolk and press a raisin into each one for an eye. Bake at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 12 minutes.
