Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g butter or margarine
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 jar Nutella

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix everything thoroughly with a mixer, then pipe small dots onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper using a piping bag fitted with a large star nozzle. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 160°C; the dots should remain nice and light. Let cool briefly and spread one cookie with warmed Nutella, then sandwich it together with an unfilled cookie.
