Chanterelles with mascarpone

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 30 g butter
  • 2 slice(s) ham, cut into strips
  • 4 tbsp sage, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 250 g chanterelles, cleaned
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 tbsp mascarpone

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Melt the butter in a small pan, add the ham, and fry until crispy. Add the sage and garlic and fry for about 2 minutes. Add the chanterelle mushrooms, season with salt, and fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the mascarpone, season with pepper, and heat for 1-2 minutes. Serve with tagliatelle and salad.
