Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 egg yolks
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- 250 ml gin
- 1 can condensed milk, sweetened (Milkmaid)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with Milchmädchen (sweetened condensed milk)
Whisk the egg yolks with powdered sugar and a pinch of salt until thick and creamy, then stir in the milk, vanilla bean pulp, and gin. Store the liqueur in the refrigerator; it will keep for about 3 weeks. The longer the eggnog sits, the thicker it will become.
