Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 30 g butter
- 2 slice(s) ham, cut into strips
- 4 tbsp sage, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 250 g chanterelles, cleaned
- salt and pepper
- 8 tbsp mascarpone
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Melt the butter in a small pan, add the ham, and fry until crispy. Add the sage and garlic and fry for about 2 minutes. Add the chanterelle mushrooms, season with salt, and fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the mascarpone, season with pepper, and heat for 1-2 minutes. Serve with tagliatelle and salad.
