Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tsp cornstarch (cornflour)
- 160 g desiccated coconut
- 85 g chocolate decoration (flakes)
- 1 pack of flavoring (orange peel)
- Cake icing (chocolate icing)

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with orange flavor
Beat the egg whites until stiff, mix in the remaining ingredients, place small heaps on a baking tray lined with baking paper (form teaspoon-sized heaps with wet hands) and bake at 140°C fan oven for approx. 10-12 minutes, allow to cool slightly on the tray, only then remove – once cooled, dip halfway into the chocolate glaze.
