Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 250 g brown sugar
  • 70 g sugar
  • 2 small eggs
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 215 g spelt flour
  • 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 220 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 170 g cranberries, dried, sugared

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Cookies for a low-histamine diet

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cream the butter with both sugars until fluffy. Gradually stir in the eggs and milk. Sift the flour and baking powder and mix. Finally, carefully fold in the oats and cranberries. Scoop out 1 heaped teaspoon of batter and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving a gap of about 4 cm between each. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
