Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 160 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 60 g butter
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 12 tsp jam of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

sweet baked goods, quick and easy

Mix flour, sugar, butter, milk, and salt into a smooth dough. Form 12 balls with a well in the center and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Fill each well with 1 teaspoon of jam. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for approximately 30-35 minutes, then let cool. Tip: Homemade jam tastes best!
