Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 ml whipped cream
- 2 tbsp water
- 100 g sugar
- 30 g butter
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g fruit mix (lemon peel, candied orange peel, cherries, etc.)
- 150 g almond flakes
- 40 g flour
- Wafers (44 mm diameter)

Bring the whipped cream, sugar, butter, and water to a boil, then simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently. Then add the flaked almonds, flour, and chopped fruit, mix thoroughly, and remove from the heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Place small heaps of the mixture onto the wafers using a teaspoon. Bake for about 6 minutes. Remove from the baking sheet once cooled.
