Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 125 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- Brittle (hazelnut)
- nougat
- Cake icing, chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, and egg and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out cookies using any cookie cutter. Bake at 180°C until golden brown. Melt the nougat in a water bath and sandwich it between two cookies at a time. Cover the cookies with chocolate glaze and sprinkle with hazelnut brittle.
