Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,200 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 700 g water
  • 2 cubes of yeast
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 4 tsp sea salt
  • 120 g butter, melted
  • Flaxseed, sesame, sunflower seeds, oat flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

quick, without long rising time, makes 30 pieces

Makes approximately 30 rolls. Dissolve the water, yeast, salt, and honey in a large bowl. Add the flour and knead firmly for 5 minutes, then let it rest for 5 minutes. Add the melted butter and knead. Shape the rolls and, after a short rising time (approx. 20-30 minutes), bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat). The rolls rise beautifully, are very light and taste incredibly delicious.
