Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g spelt flour
  • 120 g oat flakes
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 50 g flaxseed
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Spread a thin layer onto two baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 60 minutes (or less). Important: Slice after 15 minutes of baking time and then continue baking, otherwise it won’t be possible to bake it again!
