Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g oat flakes
- 100 g Flour, spelled wholemeal flour
- 50 g buckwheat (groats) or wheat bran
- 50 g flaxseed
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp caraway seeds
- 3 tbsp oil
- 400 ml mineral water
- Clarified butter, for coating the baking tray
- 2 tsp anise
- 2 tsp coriander
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Mix all ingredients together. Then let it rest for 1 hour. Brush the baking sheet with clarified butter. Spread the mixture thinly and evenly on the baking sheet (makes 2 baking sheets). While it’s still unbaked, cut it into pieces with a knife. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about half an hour. Our family loves it. And it’s also a healthy snack while watching TV or when guests are over.
