Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 small eggs
  • ½ bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee powder (depending on taste)
  • 100 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Beat the butter and sugar thoroughly, then add the eggs and vanilla, and continue to mix everything. Then combine the flour, baking powder, desiccated coconut, and coffee powder, adding a little at a time and then mixing well. Repeat this process until all the ingredients are used up. Now you can knead the dough into a ball. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about an hour. You can use the dough in many different ways; I formed small balls about 3 cm in diameter, but it’s also suitable for rolling out and cutting out! Now bake in a preheated oven at about 180°C for 10-15 minutes, and you’re done!
