Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 350 ml cream
  • 200 g chocolate mint bars (e.g. After Eight)
  • Milk (for the pudding)
  • Sugar (for the pudding)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Cook the vanilla pudding according to the instructions and let it cool. Heat 100 ml of cream and melt the 200 g of After Eight in it. Let it cool slightly and stir it into the vanilla pudding. Whip the remaining cream until stiff and carefully fold it in.
