Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g spelt flour type 603
- 250 g quark
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp milk
- 7 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 g cheese, grated
- 250 g diced ham
- 1 packet of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 35 minutes
with a quark-oil dough
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Knead into a dough by hand or with a hand mixer fitted with a dough hook. Using an ice cream scoop, place balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 165°C for 15-20 minutes until light brown.
