Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg flour
  • 2 bags of yeast (dry yeast)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 600 ml water, lukewarm
  • 250 g onion(s) (fried onions)
  • 150 g diced ham
  • 150 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Gradually stir together the flour, dry yeast, salt, and lukewarm water. Let it rise for about 15 minutes. Then stir in the fried onions, diced ham, and grated cheese and let it rise for another 15 minutes. Bake at 230°C fan-assisted oven for about 30 to 40 minutes.
