Ingredients for 16 servings:
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 0.33 cups of oil
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 0.33 cups of chocolate shavings, chocolate drops or similar
- 60 g chocolate, white, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
1 cup = 250 ml. Mix sugar, egg, and oil with a fork. Sift in cocoa, flour, and baking powder. Stir in chocolate chips and knead everything into a soft dough. Shape 1 tablespoon of dough into a ball, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 12 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C. Because the warm cookies are very delicate, let them cool briefly before transporting them.
