Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter or margarine, soft
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, grated peel
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 100 g raisins
  • 100 g candied lemon peel, finely diced
  • 50 g candied orange peel, finely diced
  • 100 g almond(s) (almond sticks)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Prepare a stiff batter, mix in the dried fruit and almonds. Place 2 teaspoons of the batter on a greased baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
