Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g flour
- 100 g cornstarch
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 125 g hazelnuts, ground
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Combine all eight other ingredients, except for the cocoa powder and sugar, in a bowl and knead into a dough. Form the dough into a roll about 4 cm in diameter and roll in the cocoa powder and sugar. Then refrigerate for about 1 hour. Cut the roll into approximately 1 cm thick slices and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
