Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g desiccated coconut
  • 125 g oat flakes
  • 50 g apple
  • 60 g currants

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, and butter in a bowl. Combine the flour and baking powder and add to the mixture. Stir well until a smooth dough forms. Add the desiccated coconut, currants, oats, and apple pieces. Mix well. Using two teaspoons, drop the dough into small heaps onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes at 160°C (top/bottom heat).
