Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped or fresh
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 shot of balsamic vinegar
  • some oil
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick and tasty, with a special twist

Dice the onions and sauté them with the chopped garlic and a little oil. Dice the bell peppers and add them along with the tomatoes. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, season with salt, pepper, and sugar, then puree. Add a dash of balsamic vinegar for a more refined flavor.
