delicious bread for a salad or with cream soups and grilled food

Place the flour, curry powder, fried onions, and 1 teaspoon of salt in a bowl and mix well. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water, then add the honey and mix in. Then add to the flour mixture and knead with a dough hook until you have a firm dough. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 50°C (top and bottom heat). Shape the dough into a log on a sheet of baking paper and place it on a baking tray or baguette. Use a sharp knife to make several 1/2 cm deep diagonal cuts. Brush the dough with oil, sprinkle with the remaining sea salt, and add the sunflower seeds. Let the dough rise in the preheated oven at 50°C (120°F) for about 20 minutes. Remove the tray, cover, and increase the oven to 150°C (fan oven) or 175°C (top and bottom heat). Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
