- 450 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Flour for the hands

Mix the salt, baking powder, and flour in a bowl, gradually adding the milk until a smooth dough forms. Scoop out small pieces of dough and shape them into a thin roll with floured hands. Loosely wrap this roll in a spiral around the stick wrapped in aluminum foil and bake over the embers, rotating it. Be careful not to overcook the stick bread. When it’s nice and crispy and light brown, remove it from the stick and eat it.
