Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 150 g quark
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Simply make a dough with all the ingredients, form small rolls, score them lengthwise and crosswise, brush with canned milk, and bake in the oven at 160°-200°C for 20 minutes. Done! Super delicious. If desired, you can also make it with chocolate chips, nuts, seeds, etc. instead of raisins. For a savory version, of course, reduce the amount of sugar considerably and add a pinch of salt.
