Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 140 g banana(s), ripe
  • 115 g oat flakes, fine
  • 35 g peanut butter, crunchy or creamy
  • 20 g nuts, chopped, to taste
  • 27 g chocolate chips
  • 7 g baking cocoa

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Mash the bananas with a fork. Then add the oats, peanut butter, nuts, chocolate chips, and cocoa powder. Mix everything together until all the oats are incorporated. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Divide the mixture into 10 portions of 40g each and shape into balls. Distribute the balls on the baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 10 minutes on the middle rack. Then let cool. Tip: You can also make these cookies without cocoa powder. You can also use dark chocolate chips instead of chocolate chips. Approximately 123 kcal per portion based on 10 cookies.
