  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 50 ml milk
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 handful of peas
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley
  • 1 tbsp flour

Instructions

Mix all ingredients with the eggs and let them set in a pan to make an omelet. Serve with a mixed salad, and lunch is ready.
