Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 jars of dried tomatoes
  • 1 box of cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 ½ bell peppers, orange, yellow
  • some sunflower seeds
  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

with chicken breast and dried tomatoes

Chop the sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, garlic, and bell peppers and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and fry in the sun-dried tomato oil. Serve the meat over the vegetables and drizzle with more sun-dried tomato oil, if desired. Serve sprinkled with sunflower seeds.
