Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g turkey breast fillet(s)
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 g carrot(s)
  • 150 g radish(s)
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 flatbread(s)
  • 2 tbsp sambal oelek
  • 4 sprigs coriander leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

With coriander

1. Cut the turkey breast fillet into 1/2 cm thick strips and marinate in a bowl with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Trim the carrots, radish, and red onion, then slice into thin strips. Marinate the vegetables with sugar, salt, and white balsamic vinegar. 2. Heat oil in a pan and sear the meat until crispy all over. Cut the flatbread in half and halve horizontally. Lightly toast the cut sides in a pan without fat on both sides, brush with sambal oelek, and fill with lettuce and meat. Pluck leaves from four cilantro stalks, scatter over the top, and serve immediately. Per serving: 46 g protein, 14 g fat, 95 g carbohydrates = 724 kcal (3033 kJ)
