Bagels with raisins and cayenne pepper

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp, heaped raisins
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 cl rum (e.g. Bogotá)
  • 85 g spelt flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg(s), size M
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 100 g yogurt
  • n. B. Oil for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) and oil the baking pan. Finely chop the raisins. Mix all ingredients into a dough. Pour the dough into the baking pan and garnish with a few raisins. Bake the bagels on the middle rack of the oven for about 20 minutes.
