Ham – scrambled eggs with cress

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 3 slices of ham
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 box of cress

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine the eggs and milk in a bowl, whisk well, and season with salt and a few turns of the pepper mill. Cut the ham into thin strips and add. Heat the butter in a frying pan and pour in the mixture. Reduce the heat, and as soon as the egg begins to set on the bottom of the pan, stir thoroughly. After 2-3 minutes, the ham scrambled eggs are ready. Slice the cress leaves into the hot scrambled eggs and stir everything again.
