Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 300 ml natural yogurt
- some honey, liquid
Instructions

This gives you energy
Briefly mash the bananas with a fork or slice them. Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Add the bananas and stir. Drizzle with a little honey. Eat immediately!
