Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices of toast
  • 1 egg(s)
  • some milk
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • Sugar to taste
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the toast into pieces and the apple into small pieces. Whisk the egg with a little sugar and milk, stir in the toast pieces and let them soften. Toast the apple pieces in a little butter, adding sugar and cinnamon to taste. Add the toast pieces, stir, and finish frying.
