Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 can/n pineapple slice(s)
  • 2 m.-sized apples
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 jar celery, grated
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip
  • 125 ml sweet cream, slightly beaten

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the eggs, pineapple slices, apples, and leeks and mix with the celery. Then combine the Miracle Whip and cream and fold in the salad dressing.
