Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 slices of toast or white bread
  • 6 tomato slices
  • 6 slice(s) cheese (Gouda), medium-aged, sliced ​​in raclette thickness
  • 6 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • Mustard
  • ketchup
  • chili powder
  • herb butter

Instructions

Lightly toast the slices of bread on both sides and spread with herb butter. Cut the cooked ham to the correct size and arrange on top. Place a tomato slice on each slice of cooked ham and sprinkle a small amount of chili powder in the center. Place a dollop of mustard or ketchup on each corner of each slice of bread. Place the cheese slices on top and bake two slices at a time in the oven until tender. Serve with a green salad.
