Garlic Cheese Muffins

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can yeast dough (Knack and Back Sunday rolls)
  • 15 g butter
  • 50 g mozzarella, grated
  • 1 tsp garlic, squeezed
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Quarter the rolls. Melt the butter and mince the garlic. Combine all the ingredients, including the quartered rolls, in a bowl. Then place three pieces of dough into each hole in a muffin tin and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
