Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 g flour
  • 1 pkt. processed cheese
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 point yeast (dry yeast)
  • 400 ml water, lukewarm
  • 150 g butter
  • onion(s) (fried onions)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Knead the flour, processed cheese, sugar, salt, water, and yeast into a dough and let it rise for at least 1 hour. Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Melt 100-150g of butter, stir in the onion, spread the mixture over the dough, and roll it up. Bake at 175°C for 30-45 minutes.
