Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g minced pork neck, minced
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 2 rolls, soaked and squeezed
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp mustard
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
This is something completely new, invented by me, original taste and super fluffy
Knead everything well and form meatballs. Fry in a little oil.
