Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tortillas
  • 300 g minced meat, half and half
  • 1 small can of kidney beans
  • 1 pack of feta cheese, diced
  • 1 crème fraîche
  • 1 jar mixed pickles
  • 2 stalk(s) spring onion(s), sliced
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 1 small can of corn, drained
  • 1 bottle of sauce (Texicana Salsa)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, fry the ground meat. Season lightly with pepper and salt. (Be careful, as the salsa sauce is already spicy). Add one or two spoons of crème fraîche. Pour the finished ground meat mixture into a bowl and keep warm, e.g., in the oven. Then bake the tortillas (blanks) in the oven at 150°C for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, fill each of the following ingredients into small bowls. Serve the bowl with the ground meat, the tortillas, the salsa, and the bowls with the side dishes at the table. Fill the tortillas to taste. You can also serve them with fries or potato wedges. Tip: The remaining crème fraîche can also be used to fill the wraps.
