Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g ready-made mix for farmhouse bread
  • 40 g walnuts
  • 10 g chives, fresh
  • 1 fresh red pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Remove the walnuts from their shells and chop them. Finely chop the chives. Deseed and finely chop the chili pepper. Prepare the bread according to the package instructions and knead in the specified spices. Pour into a greased bread pan and smooth the surface with a wet spoon. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven) for about 60 minutes on the lowest rack. Before baking, place an ovenproof dish filled with hot water on the bottom of the oven. After baking, let the bread cool completely on a wire rack.
