Ham and cream cheese wrap

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of wraps (approx. 6 – 8 pieces)
  • 200 g cream cheese (e.g. herb cream cheese)
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • ½ head of lettuce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

the ideal picnic snack

The wraps are first spread with cream cheese and then seasoned with salt and pepper. I prefer to use herb cream cheese. The lettuce doesn’t need to be picked small; simply place 1-2 large leaves on the wrap. Finally, 1-1.5 slices of cooked ham are placed on top of the lettuce. Depending on your taste, it is sufficient to only put the lettuce on one half of the wrap, as otherwise the wrap would be much too thick and difficult to roll up. Now the wrap is rolled up as tightly as possible. Using a sharp knife, the wrap is cut into slices about 2 cm thick and secured at the top with a toothpick. This way, the wrap snails can be beautifully arranged on a large platter. The wraps are ideal for preparing as finger food at a party. Simply wrap the rolled wrap in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator.
