Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large egg(s)
  • 3 slices of ham
  • ½ small onion(s)
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, dice the onion and ham into small cubes and sauté them in a pan with a little oil. Then crack the egg directly onto the ham and onion and wait until the base is golden brown. Transfer to a plate, and your delicious fried egg on ham and onion is ready!
