Gluten-free chocolate muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g buckwheat flour
  • 150 g hazelnuts, ground or almonds
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 60 g cocoa powder
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Gluten-free and with chocolate.

1 serving = 12-14 muffins. Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Combine all dry ingredients (buckwheat flour, ground nuts, baking powder, cocoa powder). Beat eggs, sugar, a pinch of salt, and butter until creamy. Once the mixture is creamy, add the dry ingredients and mix everything. Once well blended, divide the batter into muffin cups. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
