Iced coffee with cinnamon milk

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 ml coffee
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 2 scoops of ice cream (cinnamon ice cream)
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • possibly cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Brew a strong coffee and let it cool. Season the milk with a pinch of cinnamon. Blend the coffee, sugar, and cinnamon milk in a blender. Place two scoops of cinnamon ice cream in a glass and pour the coffee-milk mixture over the top. Garnish with whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon, if desired. Serve with a straw. Also delicious with vanilla ice cream.
